We are looking for graduates in Engineering and Physics interested in attending the 2nd level Specializing Master's programme in "Next-Gen Nuclear Power: Fusion and Advanced Reactors" created by Eni in partnership with Politecnico di Torino, that aims to develop professionals with specific expertise needed to design, operate and maintain next-generation fusion and fission power plants.
For the duration of the Master's course, participants will be inserted in Eni with a Higher Education and Research Apprenticeship contract.
By attending the Master, apprentices will acquire knowledge regarding innovative design, new reactor components, innovative technologies, materials and the fuel cycle, the energy conversion system, safety aspects and regulation.
The Program includes 8 months of classes at Politecnico di Torino (with lessons held by Eni/Politecnico di Torino) + 4 months of project works at Eni.
Eni offers all apprentices a gross monthly salary of €1,500 per month.
The Specializing Master's programme is intended for candidates with the following requirements :
Master's Degree in Physics, Aerospace Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Energy and Nuclear Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, awarded by June 17th, 2024
final mark no lower than 100/110 or equivalent for foreign qualifications
not have turned 29 years old by December 31st, 2024
excellent knowledge of English which will be assessed during the selection process (for foreign candidates, good knowledge of the Italian language will be considered a preferential requirement).

Lectures will be held in English at Politecnico di Torino, starting from September 2024.
