PA Transformational Change Manager playing a critical role in driving strategic change initiatives across our global organization. Identify key priorities and initiatives that align with organizational objectives. /ppuChange Management : /u Implement and manage change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions. Develop communication plans, training programs, and resources to support stakeholders through transformation initiatives. /ppStakeholder Engagement : Build relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to gather insights, address concerns, and promote buy-in for transformation efforts. Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration. /ppPerformance Measurement : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and impact of transformation initiatives. Analyze data and feedback to assess effectiveness and make informed adjustments. /ppuProject Management : /u Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of specific transformation projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. /ppContinuous Improvement : Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency. Encourage feedback and best practice sharing across the organization. /ppTraining and Development : Support the development of training materials and resources to build change management capabilities across the organization. Mentor and guide team members in transformation methodologies. /ppbHere’s what you’ll need : /b /ppMinimum of 8 years of experience in change management, transformation leadership, or organizational development within a large global organization. /ppBachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. /ppStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills. /ppbExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities. /b /ppProven experience in leading change initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships. /ppFamiliarity with change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s Model). /ppProject management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. /ppRelevant certifications in change management, project management (e.g., PMP), or organizational development are advantageous. /ppLI-LATAM /ppA unique workplace.
