The Presales Consultant is a key contributor in selling Lectra's SaaS solutions to our prospects and customers. He/She analyzes and understands the clients' stakes, needs and environment, supporting the sales team, in order to meet their business and technical needs and goals. He/she will work very closely with the Sales team to promote and demonstrate the value of our SaaS solutions. The Presales Consultant builds compelling proposals aligned with customer strategic objectives, alongside members of the sales team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the Sales team in qualifying, in depth, opportunities and defining proposals to meet customer needsWork closely with customers to understand and capture their requirements and identify their main expected outcomesFacilitate customer understanding of our value proposition through outstanding presentations tailored to customer's ecosystemEnsure the handover of the project to Customer Success teamsPROFILEBachelor's or master's degree in Fashion Design & Development or a related field will be required2 years or above working experience sales, presales, consultancy, or industrial experience, preferably in a similar market as Lectra's offerStrong interest for sales and customer-facing rolesSolid industry expertise and knowledge in digital transformationStrong value approach and ability to translate features into benefits that resonate with current customers' challengesAbility to create a desire for Lectra's solutions and engage the customer emotionally by creating a preference to buy and a feeling of fondness about the product or serviceAbility to share passion for new technologies and demonstrate their benefitsCapability to assess business processes and identify how our products will improve themCapability to lead high-quality project deliveryCapability to identify financial impacts of inefficiencies and build business cases with different scenariosStrong team player and ability to hand over complex projects to teamsFluency in Italian and EnglishTRAVELThe position is remote in Italy, Milan areaThere will be travel 50% travel to Lectra offices in Bordeaux, France.#J-18808-Ljbffr
