In this role, you will support the development and continuous improvement of our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System, while actively contributing to key HSE initiatives and projects. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliSupport the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management System; /liliAssist in ensuring compliance with all applicable HSE standards, regulations, and company policies; /liliContribute to the preparation and maintenance of HSE documentation, including guidelines, procedures, and reports; /liliParticipate in internal and external audits, inspections, and certification processes (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001); /liliSupport the promotion and reinforcement of a strong safety culture across all project sites; /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide HSE support for ongoing EPC projects; /liliHelp identify potential hazards and contribute to risk assessments and mitigation actions; /liliAssist in organizing and conducting HSE training sessions and awareness programs; /liliMonitor HSE performance indicators and support the preparation of regular reports; /liliGain hands-on experience working in dynamic and challenging environments typical of large-scale energy projects /liliHSE Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the role, capable of independently managing the full life cycle of an EPC project, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards throughout. /liliBachelor’s degree in bEngineering /b or related technical fields; /lilibFluent in English /b (spoken and written); /liliSolid knowledge of bMS Office tools /b (Word, Excel, Outlook); /liliStrong bcommunication /b and binterpersonal /b skills; /liliA proactive attitude, with a genuine interest in HSE topics. /liliAuditor qualification and/or certifications related to bHSE Management Systems /b. /li /ulpbPlace of work: /b Parma (PR), with willingness to travel as required. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
