Overview
As a Consultant Engineer you will report to the Manager, Manufacturing Engineering and be located at Monfalcone, Italy. This is a short-term contract position for 2 months. You will work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Selection of 3D modeling software: preparation of a detailed comparative analysis highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of each software, accompanied by a clear, structured, and technically substantiated rationale to support the final choice.
- Participation in and support of the standardization process for the structure and content of technical drawings related to AP1000 components, followed by formalization into operational guidelines: development of standardized templates for the different sets of technical drawings, accompanied by a descriptive document containing precise guidelines on the content required for each type of deliverable.
- Support in the preparation of documentation necessary for manufacturing mock-ups and/or the equipment needed to produce AP1000 components: joint definition and validation of a set of activities related to the creation of mock-ups and/or equipment, to be assigned to the executive responsibility of the appointed entity.
Qualifications
- Typically requires 12+ years of related experience.
- Requires leadership experience and general understanding of financial models.
- Bachelor or master's in engineering
