Reporting to the Talent and Training Manager, the Training & Engagement Specialist supports the HR department in the design, delivery, and monitoring of all activities related to employee training, development, employer branding and recognition programs.
The role plays a key part in shaping a motivating and learning-oriented workplace, driving service excellence and reinforcing the hotel’s and brand’s core values.

Design, deliver, and coordinate training programs in line with business needs, brand and Marriott standards at hotel level.
Deliver in-person training sessions, including the preparation and use of PowerPoint presentations, supporting materials, and interactive tools.
