The Wholesale & Client Services Internsupports the Commercial team in managing wholesale operations and client services, ensuring accurate order processing, efficient logistics coordination and a high standard of communication with both wholesale partners and private clients.
Responsibilities
* Wholesale Order Management
o Enter, update and maintain wholesale orders in the management system (Zedonk).
o Verify accuracy of customer details, pricing and discounts, delivery windows, order quantities and SKUs.
o Process order amendments, cancellations and re‑confirmations.
* Sell-Through & Commercial Reporting
o Prepare sell‑through reports for key wholesale partners, update internal spreadsheets tracking (orders vs deliveries, performance by customer).
o Support the commercial team with reorders/swaps analysis, stock position updates, seasonal reporting.
* Logistics Coordination
o Prepare shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, export / customs documentation.
o Book shipments via DHL and coordinate with logistics partners for collections and deliveries, ensuring all dispatches are correctly recorded in Zedonk.
* Warehouse & Inventory Liaison
o Act as the point of contact between Commercial team and warehouse, coordinating order picking, packing and dispatch priorities.
o Support periodic inventory checks and reconciliations ensuring consistency between physical stock and Zedonk records.
* Customer Care (Wholesale & Direct Clients)
o Manage incoming customer care queries: Order status, deliveries, returns / issues.
* VIP & Showroom Support
o Welcome and assist private / VIP clients in the showroom: prepare product selections and support fittings or viewings, coordinate order entry and follow‑up for private clients and ensure a seamless, discreet and high‑quality client experience.
o Support the setup and dismantling of collections during showroom campaigns.
Qualifications
* 1–2 years’ experience in fashion wholesale, operations or customer service
* Strong Excel / Google Sheets capability
* High attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication skills
* Proactive, reliable and comfortable working across multiple functions
* Interest in luxury fashion and client experience
* Fluent English (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus
