HR ADVISOR/GENERALIST
Company Description
Our client is a leading company in support services for marine geoscience and offshore constructions at an international level.
Position
Based in Naples, the selected candidate will be part of the HR department and will report to the HR Manager in Norwich.
Responsibilities
1. Manage daily HR activities in compliance with current regulations and company policies.
2. Handle HR databases, work records, contracts, and related practices, with particular attention to privacy and GDPR.
3. Manage HR policies, from interpretation to practical application.
4. Support performance management, disciplinary procedures, employee complaints, and employee relations.
5. Coordinate onboarding of new hires.
6. Collaborate with the team, especially supporting internal recruitment processes.
Requirements
* Degree in legal or economic disciplines.
* At least 3 years of experience as an HR generalist in international companies.
* Good knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining agreements.
* Fluent written and spoken English.
* Ability to translate documents or communications from Italian to English will be considered a plus.
Additional Information
Direct employment offer with an indefinite contract. Salary and level will be commensurate with experience and seniority. Welfare benefits and meal vouchers are included.
