The object of this project is to migrate the existing manless L1 metro in Turin to Alstom Fluence Signaling System (wayside and on board), install Fluence on a line extension and deliver new trains. The SOW of Alstom includes from the design to the start of commercial service of the line (including extensions) and the new rolling stocks. In the extension Alstom will interface the CW, traction and track suppliers. The post is mainly based in Turin area, the team is based in Rome, Turin, Bologna (Italy), St Ouen, Valenciennes (France) and Bangalore (India). The job consist of organising and manage the document data base in coordination of the System Design team, Interface with other stakeholders, Installation works and Test & Commisioning team. Main tasks: Deployment and execution of the documentation management process, Definition of Documentation Management Plans (DMP) Management of documentation management requirements from the Customer Enforcement of rules defined in the DMP are understood and applied by every team member Defininition and assignment of the contractual deliverables for the technical and management documentation categories in the Contractual Deliverables Requirement List Management of documentation internal and external distribution list Management and deployement of Electronic Documents Mmanagement System (EDMS) with tools support team Access Management to EDMS tool, including training and support to EDMS users (basic level) Definition of documentation reporting and indicators Management of documentation according to Documentation Management plan Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
