 
        
        Regional Fleet Manager, MEU Fleet Management
We are looking for a Fleet Operations Manager responsible for the safety, compliance, availability, and customer sentiment of the Fleet in their respective region of Austria. To be successful in this role, this person will need to execute the business strategy and understand where to invent and simplify solutions for the best outcome.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Ensure vehicles within the region are roadworthy and compliant with local regulations and Amazon Standards by performing audits and collating regional feedback through partnership with Fleet Compliance and Product teams.
 * Execute existing fleet initiatives and new product launches and support and engage with delivery partners by building mechanisms to help manage their fleet.
 * Influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, in order to solve complex operational needs.
 * Manage vehicle operational readiness and cosmetic standards across the region, through collecting and analyzing data from different fleet management sources to secure customer experience.
 * This role will be based in one of our delivery stations within Austria, and requires ability to travel 30-40% of time across the assigned region. Occasional travel across Europe will be required.
About the team: Amazon Logistics handles ‘last mile’ delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers.
Basic Qualifications
 * Bachelor’s degree.
 * Experience influencing, interacting and building partnership with cross-functional teams.
 * Ability to handle and prioritize when presented with a high volume of engagements.
 * Excellent communications skills and a high bar for accuracy and detail.
 * Advanced proficiency in German and English.

 * Relevant Fleet Management or Operations experience, or equivalent background in mobility services.
