A market leader in global financial services and next-generation multi-channel trading software systems, are working with GRS to recruit a Dealer to join their rapidly expanding Nicosia operation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and hold the CySEC certification. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Executing client orders and assisting clients with inquiries.
2. Monitoring exposure due to trading activity and provision of relevant reports when required.
3. Executing hedging mandates across multi asset strategies
4. Developing Python scripts for client data analysis.
5. Analyzing and interpreting market and trade data using quantitative techniques and tools
6. Following the relevant processes and procedures as per the Company’s internal operations manual and the applicable laws and directives.
7. Reviewing client accounts upon requests relating to trading activity and/or platform performance and providing resolution for such inquiries.
8. Keeping up to date with market information and preparation of market reports.
9. Undertaking any other related tasks assigned by management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
10. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or other related field.
11. Basic or Advanced Certification of the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission.
12. Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis
13. Experience with dealing on own account and/or reception and transmission of orders.
14. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
15. Experience in FX and commodities trading and hedging is a must.
16. Good knowledge of the regulatory regime for financial markets and investment firms.
17. Good and proven understanding of the financial and capital markets will be considered a significant advantage.
18. Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
19. Computer literacy and ability to work simultaneously with a variety of systems.
20. Dynamic and flexible with strong attention to detail.
21. Target-oriented, competitive, and success-driven.
