The successful candidate will be an integral part of the product development process and will be responsible for Management of projects and systems. /ppThe candidate will also manage pilot plant equipment and activities, working on new project developments from ideation phase, through the development steps up to the final production. /ph3Key Responsibilities and Activities /h3ulliNew Product Development Renovations /liliPilot Plant /liliInnovation Pipeline and Exploratory Research /li /ulpbNew Product Development Renovations /b includes coordinating new product development projects, conducting ingredient qualifications, managing renovation projects, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting plants and/or co-manufacturers on product and process optimization. /pulliCoordinate new product development projects by developing new formulations and/or new processes. /liliConduct ingredient qualifications. /liliManage renovation projects that may explore alternate formulations, ingredients, suppliers, and/or processes. /liliIdentify opportunities for improvement related to products and processes and support the technical feasibility. /liliSupport plants and/or co-manufacturers on product and process optimization. /liliBatch and process formulas of semi-finished and finished prototypes or products needed for marketing and/or additional testing. /liliRequest and organize necessary technical documentation from suppliers. /liliEnsure compliance of formulations with all relevant market requirements. /liliEnsure formulations meet budget requirements. /liliExecute accelerated stability testing plans and analyze results to predict shelf life and/or stability of products. /liliManage across multiple systems documentation control of all necessary ingredients, technical information, process directions, and formulations. /liliDefine and populate product specifications within a global centralized system. /liliBuild and manage liquid bills of material within a global centralized system. /liliTrain plant personnel as well as marketing and commercial teams on new products. /liliDesign and execute scientific/RD experiments, analyze results, and summarize conclusions and next steps. /liliProvide support to Legal, Operations and Commercial teams on technical inquiries related to products. /liliSupport in technical assessments and/or audits of current and potential suppliers and/or co-manufacturers, when necessary. /li /ulpbPilot Plant /b includes overseeing first production of products, managing a small production line, ensuring proper maintenance of pilot plant and equipment, and overseeing pilot scale operations. /pulliOversee first production of products to ensure successful industrialization. /liliManage a small production line driving people, maintenance, SAP, services, and all related activities (HACCP, pest control, Safety, etc). /liliEnsure proper maintenance of pilot plant and equipment. /liliOversee pilot scale operations from blending, filtration, carbonation, to bottling. /liliWork with stakeholders to facilitate projects to be produced in the pilot plant. /liliSupport in the pilot plant budget proposals and management. /li /ulpbInnovation Pipeline and Exploratory Research /b includes partnering with marketing and project management teams, supporting and/or leading exploratory RD, and keeping up to date with technological innovations. /pulliPartner with marketing and project management teams to generate and execute innovation projects and initiatives. /liliSupport and/or lead exploratory RD to build and sustain innovation. /liliSupport marketing in ideation sessions and workshops. /liliKeep up to date with technological innovations and develop new innovations and/or improvements that unlock new opportunities for Campari Group. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3p3-5 years of product development experience is required.
