Responsibilities
* Design, simulate, and optimize GaN power amplifiers
* Conduct research on emerging GaN technologies and materials
* Perform chip-level trade-offs and system performance analysis
* Develop and execute lab and field tests
* Contribute to publications, patents, and technological innovation
Qualifications
* Master’s or Ph.D. in Microwave Engineering, Physics, or related field
* Proven experience in GaN PA design and analysis
* Hands-on expertise with simulation tools (ADS, HFSS, Cadence)
* Strong knowledge of RF theory, transistor specs, and system-level performance
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
