Position Description: - Processing service and sales orders - RFQ handling - Be the contact person for customers who purchased Mocon PTPS/PPS products, after sales requests for services and spares/consumables sales - Send service/spares/consumables quotations in coordination with service team, using AX platform and other tools that will be implemented - Follow up on quotations, send reminders, inform customers about progression and orders status - Collect customer orders, ensure perfect order policy is met and send POs to SOP office - Engaging and working with internal stakeholders to solve customer requests and orders - Customer facing and proactive inside selling opportunities (consumables, spares, service contracts) - Provide effective sales and customer support to our customers - Consistently work to achieve customer satisfaction by encouraging and providing quick, honest, and qualified answers and support. - Be a part of a proactive customer engagement culture and drive continues improvement and efficiencies - Help establish inside selling culture & structure that provides value and create new revenue streams - Proactively flagging of issues and develop possible solutions. - Work with and support EMEA CSE Manager in creating and executing process improvements - Other duties as assigned. Your Qualifications - High School diploma or university degree - Effective communication skills cross-functionally with different department stakeholders - Self-starter to initiate work and execute solutions. - Strong analytical skills and ability to assess situations and make sound decisions based on the information - Good written and spoken English knowledge - On the personal level you have an open, positive, innovative mind-set and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
