What the job looks likeEach day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
Support financial transparency and performance monitoring by providing operational analysis, data-driven insights and by translating business activities into financial impacts, enabling informed decision-making and effective planning
Proactively collaborate with Business Partners, offering advice and constructively challenging key financial topics, with the goal of optimizing performance and creating sustainable value
Provide timely and accurate financial analyses to monitor performance and foster management accountability
Consolidate planning inputs, forecasts, and monthly/ad hoc steering data to support strategic and operational alignment
Act as the main interface to OCE, facilitating alignment among stakeholders and translating strategic objectives into operational insights
Develop robust business cases, ROI analyses, and risk-informed financial evaluations to guide investment decisions
Handle ad hoc requests and prioritize stakeholder needs, ensuring timely and transparent communication
Ensure full compliance with controlling standards, local accounting rules, tax regulations, and corporate governance policies
Oversee statutory reporting, audits, and internal controls, maintaining effective relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and regulators
Drive continuous improvement and innovation by identifying focus areas and fostering technical and analytical advancements
What you'll bring to the tableTo make the most of this role and tryly thrive, you should have:
At least 3–5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, plant controlling roles in manufacturing environments, a background in the pharmaceutical industry will be considered as a plus
Knowledge of SAP and familiarity with other financial systems, data analysis tools, and reporting platforms
Experience with analytical tools such as Power BI, Data IKU, Knime, Alteryx
Master or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields - advanced certifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) are a plus
Fluency both in Italian and English
Experience in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication at all levels
