ServiceNow Consultant
The Role Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled ServiceNow consultant to play a key role in understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring effective ServiceNow implementation from start to finish.
The Key Responsibilities include leading the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, from requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, and deployment. Additionally, the consultant will tailor ServiceNow modules to align with customer-specific needs, provide expert-level guidance and consulting to clients, analyze and optimize business processes, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and optimal client satisfaction.
Requirements include 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant, hands-on experience across core modules, proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow workflows and automations. Certification as a Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant ServiceNow modules is strongly preferred. The consultant must also have proven ability to manage multiple projects or tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
