Position: Marketing Intern
Location: Costa Smeralda, Italy
Contract: Internship, 6 months
The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team in the coordination of marketing initiatives, partnerships, and events for Nikki Beach Costa Smeralda and The Cocktail Club.
This role will focus primarily on marketing operations, administrative coordination, and event logistics, ensuring smooth communication with internal teams, partners, and suppliers. The intern will assist with documentation, vendor coordination, event preparation, and operational tasks related to brand partnerships and activations.
This internship offers hands-on experience in luxury hospitality marketing, providing exposure to event production, supplier coordination, marketing operations, and collaboration with key partners such as Smeralda Holding and external providers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team and assist in coordinating marketing initiatives and internal processes.
Support communication and coordination with partners, including Smeralda Holding and other strategic collaborators.
Assist in organizing marketing documentation, contracts, and operational files.
Help prepare order sheets and administrative documentation related to marketing activities.
Assist in sourcing suppliers and vendors for marketing and operational needs.
Support the preparation of supplier quotations and vendor comparisons prior to approval.
Coordinate with approved vendors and assist in the purchasing process for marketing materials and branding assets.
Help track supplier documentation and ensure all required information is collected before payments are processed.
Assist in preparing order forms, invoices, and supplier documentation for submission to the finance and administrative teams.
Ensure documents are properly completed and aligned with internal administrative procedures.
Support the preparation of contracts and documentation for artists and entertainment partners.
Assist in collecting required documentation and maintaining organized records of entertainment agreements.
Help coordinate logistics related to artist arrivals, travel, and scheduling when required.
Support the planning and coordination of marketing events and brand activations.
Assist with event logistics, including vendor coordination, setup preparation, and operational follow-up.
Help prepare marketing materials required for events, such as signage, branding items, and collateral.
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution.
Support the daily presentation of the venue, ensuring marketing and branding elements are correctly displayed.
Assist in monitoring that brand standards and visual guidelines are respected across the venue.
Coordinate with operations and F&B teams to maintain a venue environment that reflects the Nikki Beach brand identity.
What We’re Looking For
Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Comfortable communicating with partners, vendors, and internal teams.
Strong interest in luxury hospitality, events, and marketing operations.
Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
