We are looking for a qualified Wellness Activities Ambassador to provide professional and engaging wellness oriented activities to our clients. He/She will be in charge of: - Deliver a variety of wellness services and activities (meditation, fitness, yoga, pilates courses and more) in a safe and comfortable manner, fostering guest engagement with storytelling - Inspire, help, advise guests about wellness practices and behaviors, being ambassador of an healthy lifestyle - Maintain a pioneering spirit, creating and proposing additional wellness oriented experiences for our guests - Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products - Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations - Suggest and promote wellness activities, retail products, or additional services - Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations - Cooperate with and report on administration on any arising issues Requirements: - Certification / Diploma / Licence in Health and Physical activity - Proven work experience in a similar position - Hands on experience in fitness, meditation and other wellness related activities - Experience in nutrition will be considered as an advantage - Excellent knowledge of conversational English - Polished communication and customer service skills - User level computer skills Benefits: Working for such extraordinary hotel is the opportunity to build a career with a real sense of pride and caring, in an environment that embraces the essence of the art of hospitality. - Seasonal contract according to Italian law "C.C.N.L.
