Ph3Overview /h3 pJob description: He/she support the Accounting and Tax Director to ensure compliance to the corporate fiscal duties with respect to the existing fiscal regulations and to ensure the tax reporting to local tax authorities and to HQ. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liContributes to ensures the compliance with all the fiscal duties (Corporate Tax returns, VAT, other fiscal duties) /li liSupport the completion of Italian income tax and indirect tax returns including all related analysis and support /li liProvides statutory tax calculations under local GAAP the calculation of current and deferred taxes for quarterly and annual financial statements /li liManages quarterly German Gaap and IFRS Tax Reporting /li liContributes to manages tax authority audits/enquiries /li liWorks with external firms and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate tax compliance (Transfer pricing, withholding tax, VAT etc) /li liManages and documenting transfer pricing /li liActs has business partner by Providing strategic tax advice and supports to company projects/initiatives /li liContributes to the development and maintenance of the tax control framework /li /ul h3Competences/Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Economics or Tax law /li liQualified Tax Advisor/CPA or comparable qualification is a plus /li li1+ years working experience, preferably from a big-four tax consulting firm or tax function of a multinational company /li liKnowledge of Italian direct and indirect tax regulations /li liKnowledge of main fiscal duties /li liKnowledge of tax reporting in accordance with IFRS /li liBasic Accounting knowledge /li liKnowledge of financial, banking and insurance products /li liProficient knowledge of Excel /li liFluency in English /li liPersonal flairs Idealy IT skills, i.e. thinking in terms of digital work processes, and searching for and establishing digital solutions /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills (innovative “solution seeker” rather than a “problem definer”) /li liAbility to work independently and under time pressure and comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambitious work environment /li liIs a hands-on team player who takes initiative /li liHas a self-starting, positive, and pragmatic attitude with the ability to think outside the box /li liCan manage multiple projects and topics simultaneously /li liExcellent oral and written communication skills /li liIs proficient in financial software applications and has an affinity for automation /li /ul h3We offer /h3 pWe offer: /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
