Ph3Executive Assistant, Corporate Development /h3 pThe Executive Assistant will support the Corp Dev and Corp BD Team. Seeking an enthusiastic and proactive candidate for this role - who will engage in activities to increase capacity and effectiveness of the leaders and contribute to the overall department efficiency. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liSchedule meetings and appointments and complete calendar management /li liManages Travel/Visa/Expenses and filling reimbursement requests. /li liMaintains organisation charts and internal email aliases /li liSchedules and coordinates special events and meetings as needed (company event, off sites, lunch/ dinner engagements etc). /li liManaging Senior Executive schedules (during their visit to India) and creating detailed travel itineraries /li liSupports leader’s direct reports with administrative work /li liCoordinate closely with Workforce Management, Recruiting, Maintenance, Human Resources, and other teams within the office /li liCoordinate work-related errands as needed /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul li3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience /li liHigh school or equivalent diploma /li liExperience with Microsoft Office products and applications /li liExperience with executive level calendar management /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in a fast-paced, high-tech company /li liExperience managing multiple calendars /li /ul pOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
