We are seeking an HSE Manager / RSPP for our ACEF company located in Fiorenzuola D’Arda, Italy
The position is responsible for managing occupational health, safety, and environmental processes according to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards and Legislative Decree 81/08.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage health, safety, and environmental activities on site
* Conduct risk analyses and develop corrective and preventive action plans
* Develop and deliver training and awareness programs for employees
* Ensure regulatory compliance and support emergency management processes
* Promote a culture of health, safety, and environment across the site
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in environmental, chemical, or petrochemical fields, or a diploma with equivalent relevant experience
* At least 2 years of experience as RSPP or ASPP, preferably in the chemical industry
* Training in accordance with art. 32 of Legislative Decree 81/08
* Good command of English is preferred
* Proactive, analytical, and strong communication skills
