Responsibilities:
* Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID.
* Oversee and optimize Windows Server and Hyper-V environments to ensure stability and performance.
* Deliver comprehensive IT support to end-users across multiple levels.
* Utilize automation tools such as PowerShell and Intune to streamline operational processes.
* Assist in the configuration and deployment of technical infrastructure.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with IT systems and infrastructure.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server administration, and virtualization technologies.
* Proven track record in providing user support from first to third line.
* Foundational knowledge of networking principles.
* Practical experience with scripting languages, preferably PowerShell.
* Fluency in English is required.
