The Opportunity
We are seeking a UX Researcher/Designer with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics to join our team. This unique role requires a hybrid skill set combining user-centered design with technical expertise in AI models, the EU AI Act,and data interpretation. This position is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow their skills in both user-centered design and AI-driven products.
Your Responsibilities
1. Assist in designing user-centric experience and workflows informed by AI capabilities and data analytics.
2. Collaborate with UX designers, AI engineers, and data scientists to integrate AI functionality into intuitive user experiences.
3. Work with various teams on projects for AI compliance and assurance
4. Assist with the team in preparing sessions and writing client proposals
5. Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
6. Help prepare reports and presentations that communicate data insights and design recommendations.
7. Contribute to maintaining documentation and ensuring alignment with project goals.
What You Bring
8. Bachelor's degree in UX, AI, Computer Science, or related fields.
9. 1-3 years' experiencein UX design, AI application, or data analytics.
10. Good understanding of AI concepts such as ML, NLP, GenAI, etc. is a plus
11. Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques.
12. Experience with UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus.
13. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
14. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
15. Strong communication skills with the ability to assist in creating client presentations.
