Responsibilities
* Analyse issues concerning domestic direct and indirect taxation and offer ongoing advice to companies;
* Express opinions on Italian and international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.);
* Analyse the taxation of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.);
* Perform tax due diligence;
* Ensure tax compliance.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in business or law;
* Intention of pursuing a professional practice as a chartered accountant and/or lawyer;
* Excellent knowledge of English;
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
* Strong organisational skills, initiative and problem‑solving abilities;
* Flexible and dynamic approach;
* A postgraduate specialisation in Tax Law is a definite plus.
