Senior Corporate Engineering Manager
\n
Lead and deliver engineering projects, ensuring delivery in line with schedule and budget, and in compliance with HSE and GMP standards;
\n
Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance teams, supporting troubleshooting, optimization, and implementation of plant modifications or new technologies;
\n
Define the engineering investment plan, ensuring alignment with business priorities;
\n
Oversee all project execution phases, managing contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders;
\n
Collaborate with Production, QA, and HSE during commissioning and start-up phases to guarantee smooth ramp-up and compliance;
\n
Ensure compliance to GMP, HSE, and engineering standards (including ATEX, FAT/SAT, validation requirements);
\n
Lead a team of Project Engineers, fostering alignment, accountability, and technical growth.
\n
Degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering strongly preferred);
\n
~8–12 years of experience in engineering roles within API, pharmaceutical, or fine chemical industries;
\n
~ Proven experience in industrial project execution (CapEx projects, revamping, new installations);
\n
~ Chemical plant design and operations, including main unit operations and industrial equipment (reactors, centrifuges, dryers, xdwybme filtration systems);
\n
~ Utilities systems (HVAC, clean utilities, process utilities);
\n
~ P&IDs; and process engineering fundamentals;
\n
~ Automation and instrumentation systems;
\n
~ Engineering project lifecycle (URS, FAT, SAT, commissioning and startup);
\n
~ Regulated industrial environments (e.g., Experience in budget management and cost control;
\n
~ Fluent in English;
\n
~ Ability to deliver projects with discipline and ownership;
\n
~ Effective interaction with Operations, QA, HSE, and external partners;
