The Service manager is in charge of the service installation and to coordinate the technicians specialized in the maintenance and modification of the machinery present in the filling lines at customers' site. The service manager will work within the Operations department and report directly to the Operations director. He/she will have direct responsibility for coordinating the activities of field service engineers and also technicians employees of external companies.
