TASKS
🛠️ develop and implement international process management standards
🛠️ optimize procedures
🛠️ validate business cases to improve customer satisfaction as well as in-house and service provider quality
🛠️ establish process control
🛠️ define KPIs
🛠️ integrate the "voice of the customer"
