Your primary focus will be maintaining an effective training program within your specified regions, liaising with certification bodies, managing contracts and training consultants, securing venues, and ensuring student data integration into SAP and CRM. /p pIdeal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, time management, and organization abilities. Familiarity with budget management, enterprise business applications, and student record administration is a plus. /p h3Primary Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintain an effective IRT training program within the specified region /li liControl demo assets and coordinate service requirements /li liManage and grow relationships with vendors and partners /li liIdentify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and profitability /li liSecure venues for training events through partnerships with hotels, training partners, and corporate sites /li liExecute events within the allocated operational budget /li liProvide sales support activities including phone, email, and chat leads as well as proactive outbound calling effort /li liEnsure record keeping integrity and administration of student certification documents within SAP CRM /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional departments to perform tasks to completion /li liDevelop comprehensive course curricula and materials for both lectures and practical exercises /li liTrain and coach customers on application of instrument hardware and software via in‑person online training courses and support student inquiries via telephone and e‑mail /li liProvide support to customers in the electrical, mechanical, building science, sUAS, and oil gas sectors /li liPlan and oversee marketing activities within the assigned region /li liTravel domestically and internationally as business requirements dictate /li /ul pTeledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
