This role requires a seasoned hospitality professional with strong luxury, FB, MICE, and leisure experience. /p h3Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience and full compliance with bHilton brand standards /b and company policies. /li liOversee a property with strong FB presence, meeting event spaces, and a vacation/leisure-focused profile. /li liDrive commercial strategy, budget control, revenue performance, and operational efficiency. /li liFoster a culture of development, engagement, and performance across all teams. /li liEnsure effective communication with stakeholders and manage the hotel’s transition to an international brand. /li liGuarantee compliance with legal, operational, and audit requirements. /li liAct as the key liaison with ownership, corporate teams, and Hilton representatives during the hotel conversion and ongoing operations. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liFluent English is mandatory. /li li5+ years of experience as General Manager (preferably more). /li liProven experience in 5-star hotels. /li liStrong background in Food Beverage–focused properties. /li liExperience managing meeting rooms/MICE facilities. /liliPrevious roles in leisure or vacation-oriented hotels. /li liStrong leadership skills with a hands‑on approach. /li liExcellent financial, analytical, and strategic capabilities. /li liDegree in Hospitality Management or similar is valued. /li /ul pAt Panoram, we believe in equal opportunities.
