What you will do. A glimpse in your role:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technology is responsible for driving the recruitment strategy and execution for Global Blue’s technology and product functions. This role ensures the attraction, assessment, and hiring of top IT and digital talent across multiple countries, supporting the company’s global growth and innovation. Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR stakeholders, the role contributes to the design and delivery of best-in-class recruitment processes, while enhancing Global Blue’s employer brand in competitive technology markets.

* Lead full-cycle recruitment for tech and product roles
* Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to define hiring needs
* Develop sourcing strategies to attract top and passive talent
* Champion employer branding initiatives for tech audiences
* Deliver market insights and recruitment analytics
* Ensure a world-class candidate experience
* Optimize recruitment processes and tools
* Build talent pipelines for future workforce planning
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies

Key competencies to empower your journey. You'll drive towards success if:

Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field

3+ years in tech recruitment, ideally in a multinational or matrix organization

Proven success hiring across software engineering, product, infrastructure, and data roles

Skills & Competencies

Strategic thinking and business acumen

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

High adaptability in a fast-paced, global environment

Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, ATS)

Advanced interviewing and assessment techniques

Data-driven recruitment and reporting

Project management and process optimization

Fluent in English (French or Spanish is a plus)
