To expand our Retail Team, we are seeking a Digital Retail Manager for our Milan office: Support in managing Vendor and Seller Central; Management of Amazon storefronts and A content (creative modules); Client and Amazon relations (interlocutors: Vendor Manager and Advertising Manager); Analysis and monitoring of stock and Amazon storefronts; Reporting and data analysis related to sales, orders, conversions, etc.; Strategy development for the Amazon channel; Management of promotions and product launches; Writing and SEO optimization of product descriptions; Excellent knowledge of Excel; Degree in Economics, Communication, or Marketing; Numerical aptitude, analytical skills, precision; Consultative approach, customer orientation; Ability to interact at various levels; Excellent command of the English language; At least 1-2 years of experience, preferably in Amazon intermediary agencies.
