Purpose of the position is to support the Demand creation in the strategic horizon for: Products in Pharma Pipeline Marketed Pharma Brands Late-stage Pharma Brands Trade partners Global Public Health organizations Local Tenders bid Main responsibilities in the position are: Evaluate current operational demand Collect LRFP from regional commercial Consolidate post-LRFP from Finance Connect with R&D to understand pipeline Manage statistical trending The Specialist of Unit Strategic Forecast, in collaboration with management, is also communicating different level of the organization outcomes of demand projection and should be able to summarize on business-critical changes. Qualifications : A Bachelor’s Degree in a numerate field - engineering, logistics, supply chain, computing, finance, or economics is required; advanced degree is preferred Should be a supply chain expert with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a logistics, planning and/or manufacturing environment and proven capabilities of agile innovator Insightful Decision Maker with strong business understanding and influencing capabilities to build consensus partnering with the rest of the organization at all levels with strategic vision End to end orchestrator with ability to handle multiple priorities successfully and work independently while demonstrating initiative creating value to Customer Effective written and oral communication skills (English) Technical Skills : Leading in demand creation: ability to utilize Market insights, historical data, statistical modelling, and pre-existing knowledge to project demand for any horizon (short-medium-long) including products in pipeline and potential L&A's" Learning in E2E Planning: ability to identify and address E2E unbalances or capacity constraints at each and any point in the supply chain, working with cross functional teams and supporting decision making to close gaps or embrace opportunities" Learning in Supply Network: ability to translate inventory strategies and policies into supply plans distributed globally, following network optimization guidelines to optimally meet customer and business needs" Leading on Data Analytics: ability to be curious, display, look across lots of data and information, identify trends, correlations, opportunity and risks.
