This role is responsible for leading a team that manages PowerBI support, Fabric/PowerBI governance, and the data citizen community. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Fabric and PowerBI technologies, as well as proven experience in team leadership and will report to the Head of Analytics Data in the IT department. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and manage the team responsible for PowerBI support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues. /liliOversee the implementation and enforcement of Fabric and PowerBI governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. /liliGuide the team in building and maintaining the Fabrics data lakehouse to enable efficient reporting for both IT-provided and self-service reports. /liliEnsure alignment with PowerApp development teams on data structures and integrations. /liliSupport the team in defining and enhancing data modeling standards for the Fabrics lakehouse. /liliFoster and grow the data citizen community by promoting best practices and providing necessary resources and training. /liliMonitor team performance and provide mentorship and development opportunities. /liliEnsure reports are built in line with Accelleron reporting standards (based on IBCS). /liliStay informed about the latest updates and trends in PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric to guide strategic improvements. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. /liliProven experience in leading technical teams, preferably in analytics or data governance domain. /liliStrong understanding of Microsoft Fabric and PowerBI technologies. /liliExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities and drive team performance. /liliStrong ability to turn data into compelling stories and best practice visualizations in line with IBCS. /liliExperience with data governance principles and best practices. /liliKnowledge of SQL, DAX, and other relevant programming languages is a plus. /liliKnowledge of the English language. /li /ulpbKindly ensure the CV is uploaded in English only. /b /ppWe look forward to receiving your application.
