As part of our team based in Turin, we are looking for our HR Recruiter to work closely with our Sales and Service Delivery Manager.
We’re seeking a motivated professional who will primarily handle the recruitment of future IT consultants, while also supporting the HR and administrative operations of the agency. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role at the heart of our growth strategy — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Main responsibilities
Human resources :
* Maintain employee records and update internal databases
* Track attendance, absences, and leaves
* Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying timesheets
* Manage medical check-ups and training compliance
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Administrative :
* Serve as the first point of contact for employees
* Organize and archive administrative documents (contracts, invoices, etc.)
* Manage financial administration
* Liaise with accounting, HR headquarters (France), and external consultants
Recruitment :
* Post job advertisements, screen CVs and define the shortlist
* Conduct phone interviews, plan and manage technical interviews
* Draft offer letters
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Basic understanding of IT professional roles
* Fluent in Italian and English, French is an advantage for this role
* Proficiency in LinkedIn and MS Office
Contract Terms
The position is based on site in Turin (central area) – Hybrid mode.
The contract will be under the National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce (CCNL Commercio), permanent contract.
