As a Supply Chain Consultant you will play a central role during the implementation of our software as well as pre‑sales assessments for new clients and afterwards to build long‑term relationships through continued support and consultancy. You will have the opportunity of being trained to high levels of technical expertise on the proprietary supply chain planning software that we develop, distribute and support. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver projects activities including, but not limited to: ul liBusiness requirements analysis and contribution to solution design definition /li liData requirements definition and data quality analysis /li liAnalyzing performance of the planning process /li liConfiguring and parameterise the software application /li liRunning scenarios of software configurations for customer validation /li liPresenting results and defining action plans with the customer to achieve project objectives /li liTraining on how to operate the software for final users /li liCreating data reports for customer use /li /ul /li liAs part of post‑project support, answer and solve advanced technical support inquiries from the customer escalating when appropriate. /li liAssess processes, write documentation and test new functionalities, contributing to continuous improvement of the PS department through internal projects. /li liProvide support to the Sales team during the Pre‑Sales phase in assigned opportunities to develop jointly Proof of Concept initiatives. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li2-3 years of working experience in Business Consulting, Supply Chain Planning or Software implementation. /li liMaster’s degree in Engineering; a specialization in Supply Chain Management will be an advantage. /li liSupply Chain general knowledge, business process understanding, Planning software experience or implementation project experience and good knowledge of the MS Office Package (in particular Excel) are essential to the role. /li liMS T‑SQL analytical knowledge, Power BI tools and notions of statistics and machine learning practical applications, especially in Supply Chain, are appreciated. /li liFluent level of Italian and English (C1 or higher).
