Our EOS Apps for Partners division develops and distributes Microsoft-certified apps used by thousands of Customers and hundreds of Partners worldwide.
We are looking for a Consultant EOS Apps for Operations to join our team focused on application support and the implementation of our Apps in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing areas.
What You'll Do
As part of the EOS Online – BL EOS Apps organization, you will work closely with Microsoft Business Central partners, supporting them during:
Application Support & Implementation
Support partners during the implementation of EOS Apps for Supply Chain and Manufacturing projects
Manage consulting activities, analysis, and configuration
Coordinate or escape complex requests to specialist teams
Presentations & Presales
Present App functionalities during demos and presales calls
Help Partners and Customers understand the functional value of the solutions
Training & Partner Enablement
Deliver training sessions on EOS Apps
Create documentation, guides, examples, and training materials
Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with Labs and Competence Circle teams on ongoing product enhancements
Contribute to designing new features and enhancements
Marketing Collaboration
Support the Marketing team in producing content and multimedia materials
Participate in awareness initiatives to promote EOS Apps across the ecosystem
Who We're Looking For
We welcome both experienced professionals and high-potential juniors with
Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Business Central)
Knowledge of key Supply Chain and Manufacturing business processes
Strong communication skills in Italian and English
Service-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude
Ability to document activities and processes clearly and structurally.
Nice to have:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and familiarity with EOS Apps solutions (not required).
