Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Team Leader to perform and review chemical laboratory analyses for both biotech and synthetic drugs
* Conduct analytical activities to support formulation development
* Proactively manage assigned analytical activities, laboratory equipment, and materials in accordance with regulations
* Serve as a technical and procedural expert within the laboratory
* Support the Team Leader in maintaining quality standards and ensuring data integrity
* Coordinate analytical support activities, if assigned, and assist in their execution
* Collaborate with the Team Leader to organize timely execution of process controls
* Ensure completion of assigned activities for the analysts on your shift
* Provide necessary information for department metrics and promptly communicate any impediments
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field or equivalent experience
* Proven experience in analytical development and GMP laboratory operations
* Strong knowledge of analytical methods and validation processes
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Proficiency in thriving within a dynamic work environment that requires efficient time management.
