Ph3Overview /h3pJob Description /ppPrepares promotional and marketing initiatives. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with marketing strategy and business goals. Create and curate engaging content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, RD, HR, etc.) to ensure brand consistency. Manage the social media calendar and schedule posts using Sprout Social tool. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth. If necessary, coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for campaigns and partnerships.
