Experteer Overview In questa role you will lead the Central Industrial Engineering Team across ST's EWS back-end sites, steering SNOP and SNOE processes to ensure robust capacity planning and operational excellence. You'll champion lean culture, data integrity, and continuous improvement to enable strategic decisions and efficient plant operations. You'll collaborate with global teams to optimize resources, manage capacity governance, and drive manufacturing standards. This role offers impact across a worldwide manufacturing network and a chance to shape how we scale and improve back-end production.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and contribute to SNOP and SNOE processes to align capacity planning with execution
Own Local Capacity Requirement Planning (LCRP) systems and integration across EWS steps; serve as capacity guardian
Provide timely, accurate operational recommendations to support plant decisions and plan tool evolution
Lead resource optimization and continuous improvement initiatives focusing on space, equipment, and labor productivity
Ensure data integrity in tactical and strategic Back End tools; manage change requests
Champion Lean deployment across Back End and EWS; define Plan of Record (POR) for Lean and train/process develop
Oversee forecasting and productivity projects related to global direct labor resources
Responsabilità Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 8 years of xpavfwm relevant industrial engineering experience in semiconductor back-end manufacturing
Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles and best practices as applied to manufacturing environments
Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and complex projects
Analytical skills with experience in capacity planning tools and change management
Experience deploying and sustaining Lean manufacturing principles and culture
