You will support budgeting, forecasting and adherence to Group reporting standards, shaping decisions with actionable financial data. You’ll monitor costs, margins and KPI trends, identifying variances and optimization opportunities. This is a hands-on finance partner role within a global manufacturing context that values governance, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyse industrial costs (direct/indirect/standard) and production variances; monitor production order variances and support corrective actions /liliPrepare industrial budgets and periodic forecasts /liliAnalyse BOMs and production cycles; compare actual vs. standard costs /liliProduce industrial KPI reporting, costs and margins /liliAssess product/customer/business line profitability; monitor volumes and margins by area/product family /liliSupport commercial KPIs and forecasting (contribution margin, order/customer profitability) /liliCollaborate with Sales, Engineering and Operations on costs, prices and performance variances /liliLoad Budget/Forecast/Actuals into the Group reporting system; ensure data accuracy and timeliness /liliSupport month-end close, consolidation and governance; assist audits and statutory topics /liliSupervise core accounting activities and coordinate AR/AP processes; support cash flow planning and statutory financial statements /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster in Economics /lili4–7 years of experience in Management Control, preferably in industrial or structured environments /liliExperience in a Big Four audit firm (3–4 years) /liliStrong analytical mindset and business orientation /liliAdvanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI and SAP CO-FI /liliFluent English /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
