As part of this, he/she will contribute to build a new and high performing logistic support service with the objective to increase the customers satisfaction and facilitate the operations of our shops all over the world. /ppReporting to the Global Shop Logistic Manager, the bShop Logistic Support Specialist /b will: /pulliGuide the Local Shop Logistic Support team in the daily activities and support them in the exception management and in the supplier issue resolution. /liliPerform analysis on performances and process monitoring activities for a cluster of countries. /liliManage service support for the assigned countries /liliManage supplier performances and collaborate with them to assure fluent communication and prompt problem solving /liliTeam up with account payable team, supply chain and IT team to assure Procure to Pay processes are efficient as well as accurate (claims, return management, etc.) /liliContribute to improve the Purchasing processes and support performance excellence journey /liliRecommend improvement actions based on the continuous analysis of KPIs, both internally and with suppliers /liliContribute to Roll-out Amplifon Supply Chain transformation in the different Country Organization /li /ulh3What you\'ll need /h3ulliBachelor\'s degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics or engineering /lili3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistic Operations, Procurement Operations, Sales Support /liliContinuous improvement oriented /liliVery good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel /liliCustomer oriented approach, able to problem solve and support resolution /liliAbility to work well through cross-functional activities and responsibilities and to drive them /liliVery good team player /liliExcellent communication and analytical skills /liliFluent in English and in Italian; other languages (e.g., French, German) are appreciated /liliWorking knowledge of ERP (Oracle preferred) and order automation tools (EDI protocols, Supplier Portals, etc.) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
