To support its ongoing expansion, we are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking IT Business Applications Manager, ready to make an impact in a dynamic and challenging environment. /p h3Reporting Line /h3 pFinance Director (responsible for IT oversight) /p h3Location /h3 pAlessandria - Multi-site environment (potential projects in Spain and Portugal) /p h3Role Overview /h3 pThe position reports directly to the Finance Director, who also supervises the IT area. /p pThe role has a dual objective: /p ul libAct as the IT point of contact for business functions /b, with an initial focus on Operations and a secondary focus on Finance, translating business needs into effective technology solutions. /li libLead strategic IT projects as Project Manager /b, with a strong emphasis on the stabilization and optimization of the Microsoft Business Central ERP system in a post-implementation phase, within a multi-site context and with potential international rollouts. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Project Management (ERP) /h3 ul liLead the post‑go‑live management of Microsoft Business Central. /li liCoordinate external vendors (for development and ticketing) and business key users. /li liOversee issue resolution, activity prioritization, and adherence to deadlines. /li /ul h3Business Partnership /h3 ul liBuild solid relationships with Operations and Finance leaders. /li liServe as the primary contact for gathering and analyzing business requirements, optimizing processes, and providing timely feedback. /li /ul h3Functional Analysis /h3 ul liFormalize business requirements and constructively challenge requests to identify efficient solutions. /li liEmphasize planning, organization, and clear communication to reduce possible internal friction and frustrations (in the face of changes). /li /ul h3MA System Integration /h3 ul liSupport system integration initiatives for acquired companies, including potential migration to Business Central (currently on hold). /li liEnsure system harmonization within international environments. /li /ul h3Application Management /h3 ul liOversee the application portfolio (ERP, reporting, infrastructure). /li liPropose system evolutions in collaboration with the IT team and external partners, including those supporting logistics and foreign subsidiaries. /li /ul h3Change Management /h3 ul liFacilitate adoption of new processes and platforms. /li liManage relational and psychological aspects of change, including regular demand meetings with key users to strengthen IT’s credibility and reliability. /li /ul h3Skills Experience /h3 ul libBachelor’s or Master’s degree /b in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. /li libHybrid Background: /b 8–10 years of experience in similar roles (IT Project Manager or equivalent), combining technical IT skills with a solid understanding of business processes; experience in manufacturing or logistics environments preferred. Consulting backgrounds also considered. /li libProcess Knowledge: /b Strong understanding of Operations flows (production, logistics, supply chain) and Finance processes. Ability to manage and overcome potential inefficiencies and project delays. /li libERP Project Management: /b Proven experience in complex post‑implementation ERP projects. /li liPreferred knowledge of Microsoft Business Central (or Navision) architecture and logic. /li liExperience with SAP or other ERPs may be considered if paired with strong project management expertise. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with particular attention to managing relationships with global clients. /li liProblem‑solving abilities and conflict‑management skills. /li liResults‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently, with strong multi‑tasking capabilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. /li liFluent English proficiency. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
