Partner with the best

You will be responsible for managing all soft and hard services at a new manufacturing facility dedicated to energy application modules. Your role includes defining strategies for new investments (P&E) and overseeing their execution post-approval. You will supervise management and control of commodities such as maintenance, fixtures & tooling, engineering services, facility management, utilities, external services & labor, along with continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing costs and enhancing quality, energy management, and initiatives to cut CO2 emissions in line with our 2030 and 2050 targets.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage soft services including cleaning, waste, gardening, and canteen operations.
* Define and execute strategies for new investments (P&E).
* Handle budgeting, management, and control of commodities such as maintenance, fixtures & tooling, engineering services, facilities, utilities, external services & labor, and oversee continuous improvement projects.
* Lead energy management initiatives to reduce CO2 emissions, aiming to meet 2030 and 2050 reduction targets.
* Coordinate construction activities for major assets of the new plant under development.


Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
* 10+ years of industry experience, with a background in global supply chain and facility management.
* Willingness to relocate within Calabria.
* Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication and negotiation abilities.
* Excellent customer service mindset and knowledge of standard business and accounting practices.
* Proven organizational, management, supervisory skills, and experience in matrix organizations.
