MISSION : Coordinate and deliver high-level, courteous service within the restaurant. RESPONSIBILITIES : Supervise and support the team according to directives and standards. Oversee readiness and proper use of service equipment and supplies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols. REQUIREMENTS : Secondary education or higher; hospitality training preferred. Fluent in local language and English; third language a plus. Leadership, teamwork, attention to detail, organizational skills, guest focus. Minimum 2 years as a waiter; 1 year supervisory experience preferred. CONTRACT : Fixed-term initial contract. CCNL Turismo AICA level.
