Grafton is partnering with a fast-growing company in the
Consumer Goods
sector to recruit a
Sales Manager
for
Italy
and
Europe. The company is both
manufacturer and licensee
of its product range, distributed across
four main channels : Distributors, Wholesalers, Retailers,
and
E-commerce ( including
Amazon).
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team of internal sales professionals focused on Italy and EU markets, as well as a network of field agents. Key Responsibilities Drive and coordinate internal and external sales teams to achieve revenue targets. Analyze sales data and KPIs to optimize performance and identify new business opportunities. Develop commercial strategies for Distributors, Vending, Wholesalers, Retailers, E-commerce, and Traditional Trade. Support market expansion with different strategiest and new channels. Collaborate with the CEO to define growth plans and internationalization strategies.
Requirements Proven experience in Sales Management within B2B environments. Fluent in Italiano and in English. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Leadership and ability to motivate internal and external teams. Availability to work
on-site in Pomezia
(no remote work). Limited travel required.
