WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HEAD OF CONTENT TO JOIN OUR TEAM The primary goal of this role is to lead our content strategy for e-commerce and marketplaces, with a particular focus on the Amazon platform. This role combines strategic vision, operational leadership, and direct management of international projects. WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS IN THIS ROLE? Strategy : Develop retail content strategies aligned with clients’ brand positioning to maximize visibility, conversion, and performance across major marketplaces. Lead audits and analysis of brand and competitor properties to identify strategic optimization opportunities. Analyze content performance KPIs (CTR, organic ranking, Share of Voice, etc.) and define data-driven actions. Monitor industry trends and global competitor activity to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Innovate processes and workflows, testing and implementing AI-based solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. Team & Operations : Coordinate an internal team of content specialists and a network of multilingual freelance collaborators (copywriters, designers, etc.), ensuring quality, consistency, and deadlines are met. Manage allocation of internal and external resources, monitor operational workflows, and ensure budget compliance. Client Management & International campaigns : Build strong relationships with key clients, serving as a reference point for strategy and execution of digital content. Manage international content campaigns, coordinating global teams to maintain message consistency and cultural adaptation across local markets. WHO ARE YOU? You have a minimum of 4–5 years of experience in roles related to content creation for the Amazon marketplace, including at least 2 years in a coordination role. You have direct experience managing international clients, with a focus on cross-country projects. You possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of content performance KPIs. You are proficient in analysis and optimization tools, as well as project management software. You are fluent in English (C1); knowledge of other European languages (e.g., Spanish, German, French) is a plus. You have curiosity and openness to leveraging AI to innovate processes and enhance productivity. You demonstrate excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, problem-solving mindset, and thrive in dynamic environments. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
