For our important stores in Rome, we are now recruiting Client Advisors. This is a unique opportunity to join Diesel at a time of strong growth and transformation, becoming part of a team that sets new standards in client experience and style.
Key Responsibilities
* Act and think first of the client and their experience; have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients
* Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
* Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions
* Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them
* Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary
* Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
* Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximize sales opportunity to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
* Prove brand and product knowledge
* Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display to a high standard, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
* Contribute to a high level of security and prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor
* Think innovatively about how to improve and generate new ideas; stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors
* Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
* Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience to achieve the best sales performance
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in sales is a plus; experience in structured fashion luxury/retail is a plus; passion for retail, client service and a commercial mindset
* Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
* Strong communication skills; willingness to evolve within the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus
* Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
* Strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, Innovation, Customer Focus and Execution
