F&B OUTLET SUPERVISOR
Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como's F & B Outlet Supervisor is in charge of managing the outlet's daily operations together with the Outlet Manager, ensuring that the company's high-quality standards are always met.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, support, feedback, and training to develop the team's skills and performance
- Lead the team to ensure a smooth and guest-focused service across the outlet
- Follow the schedule and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Deliver an attentive and professional service and create memorable guests' experiences
- Ensure that the outlet's back and front areas are clean and tidy at all times
- Identify areas for improvement in service and quality and share observations and recommendations with the management team
- Maintain an excellent product knowledge and promote food, beverage, and service offerings
- Uphold Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group's high standards of service, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Ensure an accurate accounting and adherence to operational procedures
- Take ownership of problem-solving and support the team in daily challenges
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality or related field
- 2-years' experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury hospitality
- Proven experience leading and developing teams in Food & Beverage
- Fluency in Italian and English
