A better future? /p pbWe\'re Lear For You. /b /p pbLear Corporation Seating Plant – Pozzo d’Adda (Milan area), Italy /bbr/bReporting to: /b Logistics Manager /p h3Role Overview /h3 pThe Production Planner is responsible for drafting and monitoring production and material plans to ensure that manufacturing processes meet customer delivery schedules and material availability. /p h3Key Activities /h3 ul liDraft material and production plans, perform feasibility analyses, and schedule delivery times in coordination with the Production Manager. /li liMonitor order progress and job-order production plans. /li liEvaluate customer requests against capacity and material supply status, collaborating with Customer Service and Procurement to address any critical order-fulfillment issues. /li liOptimize the supply of components and semi-finished products from contract suppliers and manage raw-material delivery schedules. /li liParticipate in departmental production progress meetings. /li liIn case of critical issues, work with production managers to define recovery or extraordinary production plans. /li liInterface with customers and all internal functions involved in production processes. /li liProvide confirmed delivery dates for goods to customers. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul libEducation: /b Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ideally with a management or industrial focus). /li libExperience: /b Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry. /li libTechnical Knowledge: /b ul liProduction-scheduling methodologies and logistics/production flows. /li liScheduling logic based on takt time. /li liFamiliarity with MRP, WMS, and MES systems. /li liAdvanced MS Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Power BI will be considered a plus /li /ul /li libCompetencies: /b ul liStrong analytical, synthesis, and organizational abilities. /li liGoal orientation and effective problem-solving skills. /li liTeam-oriented with excellent communication skills. /li /ul /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
