Summary
Addetto alle spedizioni : si occupa giornalmente delle operazioni relative alla programmazione/spedizione di dispositivi medici e farmaci stoccati presso il DC, all’interno della UE o extra-UE.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
* Si occupa giornalmente di gestire gli ordini per replenishment/distribuzione ai clienti dei mercati di competenza, attribuiti dal supervisor.
* Gestisce ordine con relativa corrispondenza
* Prenota il materiale nel sistema DC
* Prenota camion/container/espressi attraverso le modalità previste rispetto a ciascun trasportatore.
* Gestisce le allocazioni
* Produce la documentazione necessaria al completamento delle spedizioni: ddt, fatture, VGM, ecc a seconda delle specifiche esigenze
* Archivia la documentazione con manutenzione file e dati condivisi
* Gestisce la documentazione atta all’espletamento delle operazioni doganali.
* Contribuisce, per quanto concerne il proprio ruolo e nello svolgimento delle attività di competenza, al raggiungimento degli obiettivi, nel rispetto della politica della qualità e delle norme EHS.

Education And/or Experience
Diploma Tecnico Commerciale / maturità o esperienza maturata nel settore import/export
